Privacy Policy

Opt-out Choices:
Digilant collects non-personally identifiable data via our client’s online advertising campaigns to deliver targeted advertising on many websites you may visit.

If you prefer that we do not collect non-personally identifiable data about your website visits for the purpose of delivering targeted advertising, you may Opt Out Here.

When you opt out, Digilant will place an opt-out cookie on your computer. The opt-out cookie tells Digilant not to use your information for delivering relevant online advertisements. Digilant will still collect and store information through such cookies for metrics and analytics purposes and it may still serve you advertising, but not based on such information. Because cookies are browser specific, if you use more than one browser on your computer, you will need to opt-out while using the other browser(s) in order to opt-out completely. Please note that if you delete, block, or otherwise restrict cookies, or if you use a different computer or Internet browser, or if you update the Internet browser of your existing computer, you will need to renew your opt-out choice. Opting-out for one of your devices will not serve as an opt-out for all of your devices. If you wish to opt-out for all of your devices, you must opt-out for each one.

Digilant uses the Ghostery assurance platform to comply with the cross-industry Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising as managed by the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). As part of the service, Digilant’s online advertisements and Web sites are sometimes delivered with icons that help consumers understand how their data is being used and provide choice and options to consumers who want more control.

Most devices come with an identifier for advertising purposes that allows advertisers to track and identify users’ consumer interests, and which also provide an opt out.

For iOS: Every iOS device comes with an identifier for advertising (IDFA), which has two key features:

  • It can be reset by the user at any time.
  • Users can opt out of all remarketing by enabling a device setting called “Limit Ad Tracking” (LAT), which restricts advertisers from using the IDFA for behavioral advertising. Learn how here:

For Android: Every Android device comes with an Android Advertising ID. To opt out or change your Advertising ID settings, follow these instructions.

  1. If you run Android 2.3 or above, go to your Apps drawer and find ‘Google Settings’.
  2. Select Ads.
  3. Tap ‘Reset advertising ID’ to get a new ID number, which will also delete any previous information stored.
  4. Then check the ‘Opt out of interest-based ads’ checkbox.

If you prefer, you can instead view and modify your current ad settings through web interface by clicking on ‘Ads Settings’.
